    I deal with that issue all the time. I am not Mexican enough for the Mexicans and I’m Not white enough for the Americans here. No matter how Americanized I am.. they will still see me as a Mexican even though I’m Mexican American. Half my family lives in Mexico and I communicate with them here and there… the one thing I alway hear from them about the Mexicans in the US is that we are spoiled… lost our way… lost our religion.. lost our identity… and America has corrupted us. Too a degree I get it..but they don’t make me feel like I don’t belong because well.. we’re family. So it’s sad that these kids got bashed so much for falling into that natural progression of what happens when you are transferred from one culture to another especially at a young age. They are not the only ones. Give them a break and honestly it feels like they are just hating. When we go back to Mexico we should be graded on a curb. I still remember when I asked for an hamburgesa para ir me when ordering at a local food truck. I still haven’t lived that down with my family there, but I’m Not a famous singer either. I can’t even imagine.

    • @EatBailaTravel
      @EatBailaTravel 3 дня назад

      It’s been an ongoing issue for years, it’s a combination of a lot of things such as massive residential buildings, too many people, outside corporations like Coca Cola own water resources in Mexico, lack of rain, cutting down trees, etc. It affects tourists in the sense that people tend to get sick more often due to the lack of water. Or if you stay in certain areas you can only shower certain days, etc
